Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, business name if you provide it, order and transaction details, billing or tax location, site usage information, and information you choose to submit through a support form. Stripe processes payment-card information. Plainspoken Manager does not receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
- Process purchases and deliver digital products.
- Send receipts, access instructions, and essential service messages.

Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to operate the business, including Stripe for checkout and payment processing and BrandBoostCRM for customer records, automation, email, and site functions. We share only the information reasonably needed for those providers to perform their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies and analytics
Our site and service providers may use essential cookies and similar technologies for security, checkout, basic functionality, and performance measurement. Browser settings can limit some cookies, although doing so may affect site functions.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide products, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. Terms of Purchase and Use
Digital product and delivery
The Underperformance Conversation Builder is a digital product delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout. Delivery is normally prompt, but can be delayed by email filtering or a technical issue. If access does not arrive within 10 minutes, use the support form below.
Price and taxes
The launch price is $29 USD for a one-time purchase. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout based on the information you provide and legal requirements.
License
Your purchase grants one purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the files for that purchaser's own management work. You may share a completed conversation plan with relevant people inside your organization when needed for the specific management matter. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, post publicly, distribute the blank templates across an organization, or use the product to create a competing product. Contact support for broader team or organization licensing.
Responsible use
This product is educational and is not legal, human-resources, medical, or professional advice. Employment rules and workplace policies vary. You are responsible for applying appropriate judgment, following your organization's policies, documenting accurately, and consulting qualified HR or legal professionals when needed. Do not submit confidential employee details through our support form.
No guaranteed outcome
The Builder helps organize preparation. It does not guarantee an employee response, performance improvement, disciplinary result, or legal outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plainspoken Manager and Dominion Leadership Strategies are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the product or its use. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms or this policy as the business or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
Refund Policy
If the files are inaccessible or materially defective, Plainspoken Manager will replace them or provide a refund. For other requests, contact support within seven calendar days of purchase. Refund requests are evaluated consistently under the policy displayed at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
